Evaluation Prices:

  • We want to be open and honest about our pricing and what you will receive when it comes to an initial evaluation or a re-evaluation.

  • All evaluations include:

  • Obtaining Case history (medical, developmental, educational, social, family).

  • Administration of assessments.

  • A full write up report by the Speech Language Pathologist.

  • A full explanation of the report and recommendations for next steps for your child.

    • This identifies a potential issue a person’s communication skills, like speech sounds, vocabulary, grammar or comprehension, to determine if further evaluation by the SLP is necessary.

    • This usually takes 5 to 10 minutes.

    • This costs $25 dollars.

    • This covers both speech production and language skills.

    • This takes 10 to 15 minutes.

    • This cost $35.00.

    • A speech evaluation starts with an Oral Mechanism Exam (OME). Than the child will say words and sentences.

    • This analyzes how a child produces and articulates speech sounds either in words or sentences.

    • This usually takes about 30 minutes depending on the child.

    • This will cost $225.

    • A Language evaluation will test the child’s Receptive Language (the way they understand information), Expressive Language (how they use words, vocabulary, and grammar in sentences), and Pragmatic Language (the way they interact with others).

    • These assessments take around 1 hour depending on the child.

    • This assessment costs $350.

    • This includes both a speech evaluation and a language evaluation.

    • This takes over an hour.

    • This will cost $450.

    • A re-evaluation is a comprehensive review of a client’s progress and current communication needs.

    • It involves updated standardized testing, informal assessments, and clinical observations to determine if therapy goals are being met or if new goals are needed.

    • Re-evaluations help ensure that our therapy remains personalized, effective, and aligned with each client’s evolving strengths and challenges.

    • This will cost $225. This can take 30 minutes to an hour depending on the child.

Therapy Prices:

  • We want to be up front with everything we provide! If your child is in need of Speech support, Language support, or Both, we are here to help!

  • What therapy includes:

  • Therapy will be 30 minute sessions.

  • At the last 5 to 10 minutes of each session, the SLP will collaborate with the parent or guardian and review what was worked on.

  • Therapy sessions can be extended to longer sessions (ex: 45 minutes), however prices will change. (Ask about this today, if this is something you might be interested in).

    • Speech therapy will include articulation and/or sound production exercises to help increase accuracy of the speech sounds.

    • This will cost $75.00 for a 30 minute session.

    • We understand that fluency challenges such as stuttering or cluttering can impact daily communication, confidence, and self-expression.

    • Our fluency therapy is designed to provide personalized, evidence-based strategies to help children speak with greater ease and confidence.

    • This will cost $75.00 for a 30 minute session.

    • Language therapy may include but not limited to: using books, objects, playing, talking, to stimulate language development. Also, modeling and using correct grammar and vocabulary within a sentence.

    • It may also include comprehension strategies to help children of all ages.

    • This will cost $75.00 for a 30 minute session.

    • We offer convenient and effective online speech therapy/language therapy sessions, allowing clients to receive support from the comfort of their home.

    • These services are ideal for individuals with busy schedules or limited access to in-person therapy.

    • This service will cost $75.00 for a 30 minute session.

Policies:

  • Consultation Call: Free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss concerns.

  • Cancellations: 24-hour notice required to avoid a $20.00 fee.

  • No Shows: If you do not show up to the session you will be charged for half the session.

  • Payment Methods: Cash, credit/debit, HSA/FSA accepted. We also accept services through the STEP UP program if you have the FESUA Scholarship.

    • We currently do not accept insurance at this time, however we are in the process of changing this to better serve our community. We can create a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
